Building training content to answer the needs of training demands is insufficient. Rather, the entire training process must be looked after. This demands adequate resources.

Prewise’s administrative services run the entire process on the customer’s behalf, starting from the creation of user groups and motivating the participants all the way up to final reporting on the training.

Managing the learning processes makes it possible to ensure that the learning of various groups progresses in the timetable agreed to and enables the delivery of reports on the performances and the verification of results achieved in proportion to the targets.

With tools provided by Prewise, management can monitor the progress of a training process and the feedback it generates in real time, if so desired, thereby having a chance to undertake possible additional activities while the training is still in progress.
